At the sighting of our first bison, we all pile out of our vehicles to stare in awe and capture the immensity of this great beast.  Further down the road we have a close encounter of the third kind.  That's right, there were three of them.  Bet you wonder just how close we got...  Well, you'll have to cruise around the site a bit to find out.  By the way, the boys agreed that the average bison are approximately the size of a small SUV.
